What is your shipping policy/method?
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. For domestic orders less than $100, a $6 flat rate applies. All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground service or USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic US shipping. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order at this time. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm eastern standard time. Orders received after 5pm EST, on weekend days or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally through USPS at a flat rate of $25. Please allow 6-10 days for international shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we currently offer expedited domestic shipping thru Fed Ex at the following flat rates:
- $50 for Next Day
- $30 for 2nd Day
- $20 for 3rd Day

All orders are processed and shipped from Honesdale, PA.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us at email@example.com. We will do our best to respond within 24hrs. If you do not get a response within 24hrs, we are more than likely experiencing an unusually high email volume. We promise to respond as soon as possible.
How can I change my order?
You can send changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not been shipped.
