Shipping policy
What is your shipping policy/method?
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic US shipping. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order at this time. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm eastern standard time. Orders received after 5pm EST, on weekend days or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. You are responsible for any customs or duties. Please contact us at lisa@lisab.com for shipping rates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we currently offer a selection of expedited domestic shipping thru UPS or USPS.
Where is lisa b.? From where do you ship?
All orders are processed and shipped from Honesdale, Pennsylvania, USA.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us at lisa@lisab.com. We will do our best to respond within 24hrs. If you do not get a response within 24hrs, we are more than likely experiencing an unusually high email volume. We promise to respond as soon as possible.
How can I change my order?
You can send changes to lisa@lisab.com. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not been shipped.
