What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your lisa b. purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases within 30 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with original packaging, unwashed and unused. Once we receive the returned items and they have been inspected, we will issue you a refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: lisa b. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

What if I purchased my lisa b. products from a retail store?

Please coordinate any returns/exchanges directly with the retail store from which you purchased. Our retailers wholesale from us and sell to you, and we ask that you observe that chain of communication should you experience any issues with your retail purchase. Thank you!

How to return an item purchased from lisab.com:

Please send your return request to help@lisab.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original packaging and send to:

How to exchange an item purchased lisab.com:

If you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at help@lisab.com to confirm that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn in it's original packaging to us at the address above. Please include a detailed note of the size/item which you’d like to exchange.
