What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your lisa b. purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in unworn and perfect condition with original packaging. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in its original, undamaged shoebox. Once we receive the returned items and they have been inspected, we will issue you a refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Discounted or sale items purchased online from our FINDS collection are final sale – no refunds.

What if I purchased my lisa b. products from a retail store?

Please coordinate any returns/exchanges directly with the retail store from which you purchased. Our retailers wholesale from us and sell to you, and we ask that you observe that chain of communication should you experience any issues with your retail purchase. Thank you!

How to return an item purchased from lisab.com:

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, less any shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.

To request a return, please complete the form above. When you receive email confirmation that your return is approved, send us the item you'd like to return and include a Return Authorization Form in your shipment. lisa b. can provide a trackable shipping label. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund. lisa b. is not able to provide Return Labels for International Customers. Please ship your return to:

How to exchange an item purchased lisab.com:

If you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at help@lisab.com to confirm that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn in it's original packaging to us at the address above. Please include a detailed note of the size/item which you’d like to exchange.
